Ground Swimming Pool
I have a 27 foot above ground pools that I would take / sell? How is the sale took place?

The pool is less than 3 years old and in good condition? Any idea on the asking price or even be able to sell? Where will I sell or post an ad? I have no idea how take this thing apart, and that came with the house we bought.

Best advice is to advertise your above ground pool for sale locally. Due to the size and the weight of the pool, the shipment is at any distance at all it will cost a fortune. The classified section of your local newspaper might be your best bet. Adverts are usually very inexpensive. Many are also accessible via the Internet. As far as prices are concerned, this is a matter of negotiation between you and the buyer. If you decide to price it in your ads, make sure it is low enough to be of interest to potential buyers. Some advice is to sell cheap and make the buyer to agree to dismantle and remove it from your yard. The chances are pretty good that someone looking for a used pool will be ready to do the work in order to find a good price. I do not expect a high price for long. If you live in a part of the fourth season of the country, you have a better opportunity to sell the pool in the spring or early summer than at any other time of year. Your pool could easily sit for a couple of years lost value as expected for a high price. Good luck with your removal project of the pool.
