Swimming efficiently requires Vessel Formation

In order to improve their swimming times, athletes competing in a Triathlon should focus in the configuration of your boat. Usually a triathlete will focus on increasing their propulsion in the water, giving their body alignment little or no thought.

Studies show that proper technique can increase the time to swim up to 50% faster. Bill Boomer, swimming coach at the University of Rochester New York, believes the design of ships, a term coined, has more impact on a swimmer's time that the movement of the hand.

To reduce drag, swimmers should be aware of what your body is doing when in the water. Reduce and eliminate any actions that are necessary for push forwards. Baseline their swimming technique is impossible to do yourself. You must be a friend to see swimming or tape while you anything you can see what you are doing when you swim well.

Swimmers should work on your body alignment to improve swim times

To improve efficiency swimming, imagine a straight line from your starting point to an end. Keep your entire body parallel to this straight line at all times. Consider merging with water, not fight it.

Work on setting up your boat will help to complete your swimming training. Finally, it is properly bathing suits, sunglasses and a hat also reduce the resistance of a triathlete, thereby improving efficiency.
